• Frank Coen – President

    Frank is the owner of Coen Financial, a financial service business established in Tempe, in 1995. Frank is a Tempe native and received his BS in Business Finance from Arizona State University. Frank is happily married to Michelle and they have two adult sons Ryan and Tyler, both graduates of Northern Arizona University with their BS in Business Finance and each work for a Tempe based financial institution. Frank was proud to become a Tempe Diablo in 2004 and has since been dedicated to the work of the Tempe Diablo organization.

  • Bill Ottinger – First Vice President

    Bill is the Creative Director for Cox Media in Phoenix. He joined the Diablos in 2011. A native of Knoxville, TN, Bill has lived in Tempe for 20 years where he is active in the community. He has coached little league baseball and youth basketball. He is a past president of the East Valley Boys Service Club and a former member of the Marcos de Niza HS Choir and Drama Parents’ group. Married to Becky Lynn, they have two children, Madison and Luke.

  • Ryan Thompson - Second Vice President

    Ryan is an Operational Risk Consultant for Wells Fargo Bank. He joined the Diablos in 2011. Ryan was born and raised in the Globe-Miami area and is native to Arizona. Ryan has always been an active member of the community and has a strong passion for helping people, especially youth. Married to Amanda, they have one daughter, Madelyn.

  • Michael Passante – Secretary/Treasurer

    Michael Passante is originally from Milwaukee, WI and has lived in AZ since 1975. He attended Mountain View High School in East Mesa and went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University in 1995. Michael is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and has been a Franchise Owner / Independent Financial Advisor with Ameriprise Financial since 1997. Michael, along with his wife and daughter reside in Tempe and have truly enjoyed the community spirit that they have developed since joining the Tempe Diablo family in 2014.
