Bill Ottinger – President

Bill is the Creative Director for Cox Media in Phoenix. He joined the Diablos in 2011. A native of Knoxville, TN, Bill has lived in Tempe for 20 years where he is active in the community. He has coached little league baseball and youth basketball. He is a past president of the East Valley Boys Service Club and a former member of the Marcos de Niza HS Choir and Drama Parents’ group. Married to Becky Lynn, they have two children, Madison and Luke.

Ryan Thompson – First Vice President

Ryan is an Operational Risk Consultant for Wells Fargo Bank. He joined the Diablos in 2011. Ryan was born and raised in the Globe-Miami area and is native to Arizona. Ryan has always been an active member of the community and has a strong passion for helping people, especially youth. Married to Amanda, they have one daughter, Madelyn.

Michael Passante – Second Vice President

Michael Passante originally hails from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and has resided in Arizona since 1975. He attended Mountain View High School in East Mesa and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Arizona State University in 1995. Michael began his career as a financial advisor in 1997 and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. He is a Managing Partner of Ke Wealth Advisors, LLC an independent financial planning and investment firm located in Tempe. Michael, along with his wife and daughter reside in Tempe and have truly enjoyed the community spirit that they have been able to develop since joining the Tempe Diablo family in 2014.

Mike DiDomenico – Secretary/Treasurer

Mike DiDomenico leads Kidder Mathews’ property management services from the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona office. Mike has lived in Tempe since 1983 with his wife Ann Lynn & 3 sons. In addition to his past involvement as a youth baseball & football coach, Mike is vice chairman of the City of Tempe Development Review Commission, Chairman of Tempe Diablos Charities Board of Directors, and has served on several commissions and boards, including Tempe Planning and Zoning, Tempe Redevelopment Review Commission, Tempe Community Council, Scottsdale Active 20/30 and Kiwanis Club of Tempe, as well as several other civic and business organizations. Mike is particularly proud of his past efforts as Chairman of the Tempe Agency Review Committee & the Tempe Homeless Task Force.
