The Tempe Diablos Charities and Tempe Diablos held their 2^nd Annual Celebrate Giving event on Monday, October 9, at the Desert Botanical Gardens where they brought together nearly 70 organizations that have collectively received almost $500,000 in grant funding in 2023. 

Many notable guests were in attendance, including Councilmember Arlene Chin, Councilmember Berdetta Hodge, Vice Mayor Jennifer Adams, City Manager Rosa Inchausti, and Deputy City Manager Keith Burke. Distinguished speakers at the event were Steve Henderson from Ballet Arizona and Dawn Garza from Lily’s Pad, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping children battling Lukemia. These two organizations represent the great diversity the Diablos help support to continue to make Tempe an extraordinary city.  The Celebrate Giving event serves as a tribute to the remarkable impact the Tempe Diablos make in the community by supporting a wide range of initiatives that closely align with their mission.

Coming this November, the Tempe Diablos and Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers are once again teaming up for one of the premier charity golf tournaments in the Valley. Held at Whirlwind Golf Club this promises to be a perfect day of golf, drinks, fun, prizes, and fund raising!
